Adam McCormick knew from a young age that he wanted to build and create timeless and elegant homes. As a young child, he would study architectural magazines, draw floor plans and dream of what he could create. After obtaining a degree is Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Penn State, Adam accepted a position with a large national builder. He managed over 300 builds during that time, always striving to exceed customer expectations and building standards. He knew that he wanted to create something on his own, which became a reality when he moved to the Queen City in 2009. His career in Charlotte began in 2010, with renovation projects and evolved into high end speculative and luxury custom home building. During this time, Adam also obtained an MBA from Queen’s University, that has furthered his entrepreneurial and business expertise. Adam prides himself in quality craftsmanship and meticulous detail management. His vision has and will always be, to create and execute each build as if it were his own. 
 

Jessica McCormick is our full time Realtor and handles our property acquisition and sales. Through her expertise and experience she is able to identify development opportunities and target properties that meet our clients needs. In addition to her Realtor duties, she also expertly handles our interior and exterior design and product selection. Through her network of vendors she is able to cohesively select all design finishes from start to finish.

 

McCormick Custom Construction is fully licensed and insured to complete residential construction in the state of North Carolina. Jessica is a licensed Realtor in both North and South Carolina.
